These terms govern the online sale of automotive parts offered by Srl Opel Recup Center.

2. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of automotive parts offered on this website.
The website also displays used vehicles. These vehicles cannot be paid for online. Visitors may contact us to request information, but sales are completed on site only.
These terms are governed by Belgian law, in particular Book VI of the Code of Economic Law relating to market practices and consumer protection.
3. Price (€)
Prices are indicated in euros. Amounts incl. VAT and excl. VAT are displayed during the purchase process. The applicable VAT rate is 21%.
4. Order
The order is confirmed after cart validation and acceptance of the terms and conditions.
5. Payment
Online payment is secured through the providers enabled on the website, including Worldline and/or Stripe when these options are available. Otherwise, the order is recorded according to the payment method displayed.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms and costs are indicated during the order process.
Orders are prepared after order confirmation and, where applicable, after receipt of payment. The average delivery time in Belgium is generally 1 to 3 working days. This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on destination, carrier, parcel size, and activity periods.
Delivery is arranged by the seller, who chooses the most suitable carrier according to the nature and volume of the parcel. Delivery may be handled by Bpost, UPS or PostNL. The seller remains the customer's point of contact for delivery follow-up. The customer is invited to check the apparent condition of the parcel upon receipt and report any delivery issue or visible damage without delay.
7. Returns and withdrawal
For distance sales concluded with a consumer, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with Book VI of the Code of Economic Law. The consumer has 14 calendar days from the day after receiving the goods to notify the decision to withdraw, without having to state reasons.
The customer may exercise this right by email at contact@newopelrecup.be or by any unambiguous statement. After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days. Except in the event of delivery error, non-conformity, or express agreement to the contrary, return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
After receipt and verification of the returned product, reimbursement of the price paid and the initial standard delivery costs is made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by law, in particular for goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
In the event of a damaged, incorrect, or non-compliant product, the customer must contact the seller as soon as possible so that an appropriate solution can be proposed.
8. Legal warranty
Used automotive parts sold on the website to consumers benefit from the legal conformity warranty provided for under Belgian law. For used goods, this warranty is expressly limited to a period of 1 year from delivery of the goods to the consumer.
This limitation to 1 year applies only to used goods and is clearly brought to the customer's attention before purchase. Failing such prior information, the ordinary legal duration could be 2 years. The legal warranty covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery, in accordance with applicable Belgian rules.
The seller is responsible when the part has a conformity defect existing from the outset. However, the legal warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or problems resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, lack of maintenance, modification of the product by the customer, or a cause external to the product.
In the event of a covered defect, the customer must contact the seller within a reasonable time after discovering the problem, at contact@newopelrecup.be.
